Your tasks

• Optimal and goal-oriented customer consulting for the use of NX CAD and CAM solutions
• Development and implementation of customer-specific solutions based on Siemens software NX
• Development of application-oriented solutions in the continuous CAD-CAM chain in cooperation with customers as well as creation of specifications
• Preparation and execution of NX CAD/CAM trainings (from basic trainings up to 5 axis milling trainings)
• Preparation and implementation of customer-specific workshops, e.g. for turning-milling centers
• Postprocessor development for NX-CAM (milling, turning, lathe-milling) for machine and control brands, especially "Sinumerik", "Heidenhain", "Fanuc
• Create test procedures to check post-processors for functionality.
• Creation and integration of virtual machine models for NC code based simulation
• Implementation of customer-specific solutions in the Teamcenter Manufacturing area
• Introduction and setup of the Manufacturing Resource Library (MRL)
• Installing and configuring NX CAD-CAM customer environments
• Goal-oriented communication, effective solution/consensus building with clients and our CAD-CAM team.
• Technical support assistance

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in the field of production engineering or training in model, mold or tool making or comparable qualification
• Profound knowledge and relevant experience with 3D CAD/CAM solutions (ideally NX)
• Solid experience in the use of CNC machine tool programming.
• Very good experience in:
• Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• NC programming with the NX CAM programming system
• the application and configuration of Siemens NX CAM
• Knowhow in CAM integration, especially NX
• NC controls, e.g. "Sinumerik", "Heidenhain", "Fanuc
