  • The practice-oriented "ECS Career Booster" training program, limited to a maximum of 5 participants, offers you the opportunity to take your individual knowledge and experience to a new level and to arrive in the PLM sector.
  • Throughout your training, you will be accompanied by experienced mentors who have solid experience as solution architects and who will support you in solving requirements and use cases that have their origins directly in practice.
  • You benefit from learning formats such as face-to-face events, interactive webinars, teamwork and consolidate your newly acquired knowledge in a customer project that is right for you.
  • At the end of the internal 6-month training program "ECS Career Booster", you will be able to contribute to and design PLM solutions and define and/or implement them.
  • As part of the ECS team, you will help shape the PLM world and start your career in the field of complex and innovative PLM solutions as a (Junior) PLM Consultant or (Junior) Teamcenter Engineer.

What you bring to the table.

  • You come from a technical background and are familiar with new IT technologies or know CAD and/or CAM as well as Teamcenter from the administrative side.
  • You find the topic of digitalization in the manufacturing industry exciting and would like to get behind the PLM processes and accompany and/or implement software.
  • Perhaps you already have some practical or professional experience and have had your first contact with the PLM/PDM area and/or Teamcenter or other PLM systems.
  • Your German language skills are good and you are also proficient in written and spoken English.
