LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Online live, onsite training, mobile classroom or ECS training center - which learning environment do you feel most comfortable in?
We see ourselves first and foremost as specialists in all aspects of learning - regardless of time and place. Together we define the right learning environment for the best possible training of your employees.
We offer you the possibility to participate in our trainings online. Trainers and participants work together live at set times. In addition to Microsoft Teams, we use the BigBlueButton web conferencing system for our online live trainings, which is also popular with educational institutions and schools in order to design differentiated and varied courses. Of course, we also conduct these trainings in person at your or our premises in the form of onsite trainings. You have the necessary premises, but no adequate training environment? No problem - we provide you with our mobile classroom with powerful CAD/CAM notebooks incl. certified graphics cards, as well as an appropriately prepared training environment. The training can already begin. Would you like to give your employees a change of scenery from their daily work routine? In our training rooms in Neumarkt and Rostock we offer our participants optimal conditions to intensively deal with the respective topics in a quiet and undisturbed atmosphere. During these trainings, the physical well-being of our participants is also taken care of, in the form of lunch as well as drinks and snacks.

Need support? We do not leave our users alone!
We offer a comprehensive user support for all questions and problems . Our support prevents users from memorizing incorrect workflows and increases effectiveness in the respective system. You can rely on a consulting activity in the three-tier support system - from the user hotline to the clarification of extensive software problems directly with the manufacturer.
