- You will be responsible for the conception, architecture and overall management of complex data migration solutions in the Teamcenter environment - from strategy, target architecture and data modeling to successful implementation.
- When analyzing heterogeneous PLM, CAD and ERP system landscapes, you will develop sustainable migration approaches and define guidelines, standards and methods for data migrations to ensure quality, scalability and data integrity.
- You are the central point of contact for customers, advise at architecture and decision-maker level and actively support projects from planning to go-live.
- You will make professional and technological decisions, lead and support the project team and implement customer-specific data migrations yourself - using agile or classic methods and our ECS Migration Toolbox.
- You will continuously monitor current trends and developments in the field of data migration and PLM, expand your expertise and use this knowledge to develop solutions and optimize processes.
- Through transparent communication, reviews and status reports, you ensure a high level of planning and decision-making security and at the same time strengthen trusting, long-term customer relationships.
What you bring to the table.
- You have a successfully completed degree or training in the field of computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications and have several years of experience in the conception and implementation of sophisticated data migrations in the Teamcenter or PLM environment.
- With your deep understanding of data models, migration architectures and transformation logics as well as your structured, analytical way of working and your high sense of quality and responsibility, you will support ECS in challenging data migration projects.
- You have detailed knowledge of internal functions, processes and data models in Teamcenter and can also advise and support our customers with solution approaches that include the implementation of concepts.
- Extensive practical knowledge of SQL and Java are part of your professional profile.
- You have many years of project experience, intercultural competence and the ability to contribute to an interdisciplinary and international team.
- Your German language skills are very good and you are also proficient in written and spoken English.

- You are responsible for the configuration and implementation of customer-specific solutions based on Siemens Teamcenter and carry out error analyses and troubleshooting.
- You plan and specify solutions primarily in an agile project environment.
- You are the central contact person at the customer for PLM and project questions and responsible for recording and analyzing the business processes as well as developing and presenting solution concepts and implementation options.
- They advise customers on possible solutions, approaches, strategies and processes.
- You work on projects or take on overall project management and manage interdisciplinary and international teams.
What you bring to the table.
- You have a successfully completed degree or training in the field of computer science, mechanical engineering or comparable qualifications and already have very good knowledge in the area of PLM / PDM.
- With your sound specialist knowledge and relevant experience with PLM/PDM concepts and methods, you will support ECS in the future and can demonstrate detailed knowledge in the following areas:
- Teamcenter (Tc) Structure Management, Tc Change Management, Tc Dispatcher, Tc Scheduler and/or other modules
- Organization and Access Management
- Configuration and administration of Tc based on BMIDE (data model and workflows)
- Client-side customization, codeless for AW and RAC
- Tc integration with CAD and ERP systems
- You have detailed knowledge of internal functions and processes in Teamcenter and can also advise and support our customers with solution approaches that include the implementation of concepts.
- You have many years of project experience or very good experience in project management and possess intercultural competence as well as the ability to contribute to an interdisciplinary and international team.
- Your German language skills are very good and you are also proficient in written and spoken English.
