Overtime compensation

If overtime does occur, we appreciate the extra effort of our colleagues - overtime can either be paid out or taken as compensatory time off.

Permanent employment contract

30 days vacation

Vacation days are for recovery. In addition to the statutory 20 days, we offer an extra 10 days on top.

You will master this in the future.

  • You provide support with organizational, administrative and operational tasks and are the first point of contact when communicating with customers and colleagues by telephone, in writing and on site.
  • Your duties will include invoicing, checking incoming invoices, assisting with dunning procedures and payment transaction activities, as well as preparatory accounting.
  • The review of travel expenses including project allocation as well as time and cost optimized travel planning also fall within your scope of activities.
  • You will also take care of the procurement of equipment and office supplies, ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly and take on commercial, project and subject-related tasks.

What you bring to the table.

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification and already have experience as a team assistant.
  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office applications and communicate confidently in German and with basic knowledge of English.
  • Optimally, you have previous preparatory accounting experience or an accounting background.
  • You are reliable, work analytically and independently. With your confident and friendly appearance as well as very good manners you score with your fellow men.
