NX® Simcenter 3D Basics
NX® Simcenter 3D Basics
Designers and calculation engineers today need integrated tools to check components and assemblies with complex geometry with regard to strength. In our Simcenter Basic Training, the necessary skills are trained to efficiently convert CAD geometries into a calculation model in the future and to evaluate the results. The learning content covers linear statics, natural frequency analysis, temperature calculation plus feedback on the structure as well as simple nonlinearities.
Course: Simcenter 3D Basic Training
Duration: 3 days
Prerequisites: Knowledge of NX CAD helpful
Notice: Contents are coordinated with the trainer in advance.
Excerpt from the contents:
- Basics of the finite element method
- Possible applications of Simcenter 3D
- Geometry preparation (master model concept)
- Possible applications of 0D, 1D, 2D, 3D elements
- Networking and network preparation
- Model Update
