- Basics of the CMII process
- Create change objects, such as problem reports, change requests, and change notices (ECNs) in the rich client
- Linking work breakdown structures in the Schedule Manager to change objects, including resource planning and effort calculation
- Understanding and handling of the different relations of change objects, such as problem elements and solution elements
- Release of product data and product structures with the help of an exemplary CMII workflow
- Traceability of review and release processes with the help of workflow auditing
- Possibility of involving stakeholders (participants) in the change process, e.g. change manager, change analyst and product owner, review board
- Tools: Rich Client and Active Workspace
