Simulation-based optimization is becoming increasingly important, especially in lightweight construction. The targeted reduction of CO2 emissions requires weight savings that can hardly be achieved without the use of optimization programs. Already in the concept phase, topology optimization, shape optimization and wall thickness optimization can determine the best design.

In this training, we will show you how to improve and optimize components and mechanical systems using practical examples.
