Your task will be the analysis, preparation and transfer of mass data into PDM/PLM systems
You will carry out the transfer of data in a team and in close consultation with the departments concerned
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, mathematics, mechanical engineering or have a comparable qualification
You have an imagination for sizes and orders of magnitude, the basics of algebra, logic & set theory are familiar to you
You have an initial knowledge of the objects (parts, assemblies, products and product structures), types of documents (models, drawings, standards, parts lists, etc.) as well as of the processes, or their phases and milestones, (request, testing, release, etc.) of product development.
You have made first programming experiences, if possible also in script languages, preferably Python, and know the basic data structures: string, list, mapping (dictionary), stack, snake, tree as well as the essential algorithms operating on them; also relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle, are known to you.
You can show some experience with file systems and text data: You know what regular expressions, CSV files, XML, Unicode, different character sets and encodings mean; you also have some experience with the DOS shell, UNIX/Linux and an appropriate shell
You think analytically, work solution-oriented and are also able to contribute to an interdisciplinary team
Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
